How do I measure my ring size?
We have a free ring size chart, click the PDF logo above.
The best and most reliable way is to head to a local jewellers and ask them to measure your ring size.
If you are buying a ring for someone else, you can either ask them what their ring size is OR if you want to be sneaky about it this is what we recommend:
Take a ring that the person already owns and slip it onto your largest finger/thumb. make a clear mark where the ring comes to on your finger. Then head to a jeweller to measure the ring size where the mark is.
The ring size I ordered doesn't fit, what can I do?
We can resize rings for £25 plus postage,
just contact us and we can start the process.
When will I receive my item?
Ready to ship items (items that are already made) usually ship the next working day. Made to order items take 1-3 weeks to make and ship, depending on how busy we are. Christmas and Valentines Day are particularly busy times so make sure not to leave it too late!
Domestic (UK) deliveries should take 1-2 working days.
European deliveries should take 3-9 working days.
All other international deliveries can take anywhere from 2-5 weeks, depending on your country and their customs times.
We are not responsible for any customs fees you may encounter as an international customer.

My jewellery isn't as shiny or silver as when I bought it - what's happened?
Sterling Silver naturally reacts with the air and its surroundings, this is called tarnishing. Depending on the direct environment, your jewellery may tarnish slowly or very quickly. Each order receives a polishing cloth to help keep your jewels sparkling, but remember it will need professionally repolishing one day.
Factors such as:
-perfumes and body lotions
-wearing your jewellery in water (showering, swimming, in the sea)
-wearing rings while cooking (foods like eggs can quickly discolour silver)
These and more affect silver, but luckily it is easy to clean! Feel free to contact us for tips on cleaning jewellery.
We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. Usually ready made items will ship on the next working day. Made to order items will usually ship within 2-3 weeks, however at busy times such as Christmas and Valentines Day that time can stretch to 4-5 weeks. If you have any questions about the lead time on a specific item, please contact us with your questions. You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you haven’t received the order confirmation email, you also won’t receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the item is intrinsically faulty. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Due to hygiene regulations, earrings cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to us without contacting prior to postage. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. If the item is a gift for someone else, please take the time to check the product when you receive it and before you gift it to the recipient. The 30 day returns policy is still in place even if the gift is given after 30 days. We are happy to resize rings if they have been ordered in the wrong size, for a cost of £25 plus postage per ring. For this service, simply contact us and we will guide you through the process.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We ask that you return your item with recorded or signed for delivery, as otherwise we may have no proof of the items arrival. If the item is shipped to us without tracking, we are not responsible for its loss in the postage system. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
